Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 egg
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tsp oil for frying
Method
- Add egg, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix together.
- Dip bread in the egg mixture. The longer the bread stays in the liquid the softer the middle of the French Toast.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, then fry toast on both sides until golden brown.
