BUT…there are ways to get it done in less time than you might think and you CAN cook with a change in mindset.

HOW IT WORKS
Think of Weeknight Meal Challenge as a FUN way of learning to cook healthy meals

Class schedule:
From April 15th to May 20th we will meet live on RingCentral once a week on Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 pm EST.
Class Access:
Our class is fully online. We meet on RingCentral. The relevant links will be sent to you when you register.
Will there be homework?
Yes! But it will be more like “FUN-work”. This is when you take the opportunity to test the skills you learned by preparing a list of easy meals for the week. “Practice makes perfect”
